  • Setup of basic fulfillment priorities (e.g., primary vs. backup location).
  • Adjustment of stock display on product pages based on location availability.
  • Email & CRM-based support with standard priority (response within 3–4 business days) for 7 days after delivery.

Not Included / Limitations:

  • No integration with third-party fulfillment services or external WMS/ERP systems.
  • Limited to 100 SKUs total across both locations.
  • No advanced rules like split-fulfillment or multi-region allocation.
  • Solutions delivered online only—no on-site configuration or staff training.

Included:

  • All Grow features, plus:
  • Configuration of up to 5 inventory locations within Shopify.
  • Setup of dynamic fulfillment rules (e.g., prioritize nearest location by region).
  • Integration with one third-party fulfillment provider (e.g., ShipBob or Deliverr).
  • Stock visibility adjustments for multiple locations in cart and checkout.
  • Email & CRM-based support with priority response (1–2 business days) for 14 days after delivery.

Not Included / Limitations:

  • Limited to 300 SKUs total across all locations.
  • No custom API development or advanced automation beyond included integrations.

  • Configuration of up to 10 inventory locations across warehouses, retail stores, or fulfillment centres.
  • Advanced allocation rules (split orders, region-based routing, and backup location logic).
